This appointment is FREE and without any obligation. After this initial meeting we will inform you if we propose to charge a fee and if so, will gain your agreement and instructions to proceed. We will discuss your current circumstances with you and what your aims and objectives are. We will advise you on what information and documentation you will need to provide. Take this opportunity to ask any questions that you have.

Research
After our first appointment together, upon receiving your instructions to act for you we will conduct our thorough research to find the best provider and products to meet your requirements. Once we have concluded our research we will arrange a second appointment with you to discuss our recommendations.

Recommendation Appointment
At this appointment we will discuss our recommendations with you and explain the products, the product features and how they meet your requirements. We will be happy to answer any questions you have in order to ensure you fully understand and are happy with our recommendation before you decide to proceed.

Application Stage
We will help you complete any applications and will submit these to providers on your behalf along with any documents they require to support your application. You will have one point of contact throughout this process and we will keep in regular contact with you to keep you fully informed throughout. We are happy to liaise on your behalf with any third parties, such as estate agents or solicitors. You can of course contact us whenever you want with any questions or if you need any advice on any related matters.
